How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to uplift and harmonise
Use in a diffuser to add a fresh uplifting aroma that also calms and relaxes

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 0.5% and 5% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
To ease indigestion with pain and bloating: Fennel, Sweet Basil
To ease mental and physical tension: Lavender, Petitgrain
